Healthy Juice By KD was inspired by my mom, after she decided she wanted to learn more about living a healthier lifestyle, and I was happy to help support my mom to create ways on making healthier lifestyle choices.

At one point, mom's blood pressure levels had elevated, and she did not want to take those bp pills forever, so after doing my research, I put together a beet blend for her (now my best seller!) to drink regularly, we checked her bp levels again and they were down! (Praise GOD dance!!!) This helped along with her making the decision to change her diet and adding some exercise in on a regular basis.
